What customers say?

“ Less than 3 mins walk from the Gotanda Station, Tsukemen TETSU is a decent choice if you're staying in the area. Approximately 12 seats available for dine in. Not too busy during weekday evening with a steady number of people popping in and out. Food quality is not exactly memorable and a little on the salty side but definitely satisfies the craving especially if you're tired after a long flight and craving for some standard Japanese ramen. You may ask for apron if you don't want to ruin your white t-shirt! ”

“ the tsukemen (dipping ramen noodles) are absolutely fire !! ate it for dinner my first night at Gotanda, and craved it so much i came back again for supper 3 nights later the service is also spectacular — the cook that served my bowl of noodles was very polite to explain to me about how to eat the dish, and offered be paper bibs lest i dirtied my dress LOVED IT !!! ”

“ Super tasty bowl of flavors!!! Everything is perfect. The hearty soup warmed my heart ”

“ Surprisingly good! The waiter was very good at directing the queue to enter the restaurant. You enter your order into a machine that dispenses tickets and hand the tickets over to the chef behind the counter. The tsukemen noodles were firm and excellent for dipping into the spicy sauce. Really unexpectedly good, and the location is also close to the hotel where we were staying. Yeah, will definitely visit again when we return. ”

“ Ramen generally is alright. So rating of 4.0 is fair. ”

“ Love this place so much. If I can give more stars to rate this place, I will give more. Service is amazing. The foods are very tasty and I love how it is hot when they serve the ramen. My son has food allergies, and the server was nice enough to print out the chart regarding the ingredients used here to help us select the food that my son can have. My son requested to be here again before leaving Tokyo. ”

“ Ordered the aji tsukemen and add on menma. It came with little vegetables which I liked and it helped to bring lightness to the meal since the broth taste is heavy. The onsen egg was ok, and so was the noodles. The broth taste was almost similar to Rokurinsha, and it went well with the noodles, menma, eggs and the char siew. Would have liked the noodles to be slightly thicker. Price wise still ok 1250 yen or so. Would rate this 3.9 star. ”

“ Get the tsukemen. It's good. Been to other branches and it's consistent. They have the heat stone to reheat your dipping sauce but, I would hope someone has already slurped through the noodles by then. Good at anytime but, even better late night after drinking. ”
